David S. Zuckerman, Esq. works on tax and estate planning matters. David received his B.A. in Philosophy from Stanford University in 1973 and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1978. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1979 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year. David was an associate attorney at the law firm of Buchanan & Wagner before forming the law firm of Fornaciari & Zuckerman, the predecessor to Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP, with Joan Fornaciari in 1983.
Michael J. McQuiller, Esq. works on tax and estate planning matters, real estate transactions and corporate transactions. Michael received his B.A. in History from the University of San Francisco in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1978. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1979 and was admitted to the California Bar in the same year. Michael is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to joining with David to form Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP in 1990, Michael was a partner at Feldman, Waldman & Kline and later was a partner at Dick, Lee, White & Chalmers.
Abraham R. Zuckerman, Esq. works on tax and estate planning manners. Abe received his B.A. in Philosophy from Vassar College in 2004 and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2008. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2008. Abe was an associate attorney at the law firm of Fenwick & West LLP from 2008 through 2011 where he worked on venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Abe received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 2012, joined Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP the same year, and was made a partner of the firm effective January 2021. Michael received his B.A. in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 2010, with an emphasis in pre-law and a minor in History, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2018.
